I’ve been reading the book of Jeremiah these past few days. I’m very impressed by how important it is that we do not “forget” GOD. It’s clear that many in our Country have forgotten our GOD. Do you know the National Anthem ? In the last stanza are these words --

“Blest with victory and peace, may the heav'n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.”

Oh that we would remember to Praise our GOD, Who hath made and preserved us a nation – even until this day! also we realize that our LORD JESUS CHRIST, when He instituted the Communion supper stated, “This do in rememberance of Me.” Let each of us make it our decision to not forget the LORD – each day remember Him before we enter the busy-ness that draws our time and attention. Each and every day for the rest of our lives here on earth … then we will enter His presence with joy unspeakable and full of glory. Hallelujah!
