    Default Question about Luke 7:28

    Jesus Himself says there was not a greater prophet than John the Baptist.

    What does Jesus mean when He says in regards to John the Baptist, "but he that is least in the kingdom of God is great than he (John).

    According to Believer's Bible Commentary, this verse means, "To enjoy the blessings of the kingdom is greater than to be the forerunner of the King."

    There may be others out there with a similar but different interpretation, but this one makes the most sense to me.
    Ephesians 5:18 (New King James Version)

    18 And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit,

    I Come To The Garden Alone Hymn

    And He walks with me, and He talks with me,
    And He tells me I am His own;
    And the joy we share as we tarry there,
    None other has ever known.
