First I wanted to ask some important questions about this Bible passage in Isaiah ""they are dead, they shall not live; they are deceased,they shall not rise: therefore you have visited and destroyed them and made all their memory to perish

Is it possible that this Biblical passage are not just speaking about those of Revelation 20:6 ? ?
that shall not rise and live in the first resurrection (those who oppressed Israel that are of the resurrection of the damned spoken about in Revelations 20:14-15 .( second resurrection )

I think as far advanced as the technological revolution is that shelters some of the greatest think tanks in the world with trans humanism
