Maybe you think I'm a fool then, but I have non-believers, Catholics, and fakers in my family...I've seen first hand the damage that fear in the world and not of God can do...I couldn't not pray for his salvation any more than I pray for theirs. I came late to this truth, but I believe scripture that says that God doesn't wish ANY should perish. To me, that includes Mr. Camping. Otherwise there's no hope for people I love who reject the truth. Or worse, who ran around quoting Dan Brown and comparing art work painted hundreds of years later by a mere sinner like me. I pray that I'm not judged by other sinners but only by the Most High God.

Definitely a lot of media attention this time around. But he did go really far. Has any other date setter ever gone to the lengths that this guy did to get his message out, in terms of billboards and a convoy of ad trucks going city to city?

That has been tried long since, and Camping wasn't in the least bit willing to give up his dirty little claim to fame. What irritates me is all his blind followers who either never bothered to check Scripture or decided Camping was more correct than Jesus Christ. It was just too easy to see the deception.

I'm convinced that any long talks won't convince Harold Camping of anything. Harold has what he has lied about and manipulated people with all his life. He has pandered long enough to people and now his time is done.


I'm just saddened by all the lives that have been deceived to this false teacher when they should have been surrendered to God's word-- to Christ for His glory and honor. I just hope that those who have sold everything will be able to get back on their feet and have ears to hear the truth this time.
