God says it is an abomination and on top of that, We've ALL sinned and fall short of the glory of God."


You can't have your cake and eat it too and by the way, being gay is by no means the ONLY sin a person has committed.. WE have all lied, stolen, murdered in our hearts from anger at people and used God's name in vain,,. God cannot pardon a thief or a murderer or liar simply because their argument is that "being gay is not a sin".. God is JUST and the one who justifies. HE HAS to punish sin. Repent and trust in Jesus who alone can save us.

only Jesus can TAKE AWAY OUR SINS. If we choose to say sin is not sin, then Jesus cannot take away our sins and SAVE US because we are choosing to keep our sins and not deal with them the way God commands us to.

How saddened I am that people actually think that wishful thinking is somehow going to null and void what God has said. Their lusts are eating them alive and consuming them...

May God have mercy and save these people before it's too late

That's the problem: they question what scripture has already plainly spoken. The Lord spoke through Paul in Romans that this would happen:

"For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man and of birds and four-footed animals and crawling creatures. Therefore God gave them over in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, so that their bodies would be dishonored among them. For they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error. " (Romans 1:21-27, NASB, emphasis mine)

u would hope. but when it comes to alumni associations,

even some high school alumni associations, getting the alumni to speak out against the bizarre actions of the alumni association

or get the alumni association to speak out against problems in their college or high school they represent is a bit difficult.
