Jesus was a Revolutionary. We revolutionaries are not anti-church, but anti-religion. Jesus confronted the religious leaders of his day, and they had a problem with it.

They tried to silence him, tried to force him to blaspheme, tried to trip him up with scriptures, tried to discredit him. They hated him. John the Baptist confronted them.

Jesus confronted them. Paul confronted Peter when he started acting religious. That same religious spirit is very much alive and in operation today. 1Cor 4:20 For the kingdom of God is not just fancy talk, but living by God's power.

So are the religious leaders of today any different than Pharisees and Sadducees of Jesus' time?

I say no. They both were oppressing the people, using scripture to manipulate and dominate the people of God.

The people of God struggled with little, while the leaders were very well off.

Manipulating the people to serve them, and do their bidding, while they themselves only served themselves.

A Revolutionary Christ called them on the carpet for their hypocrisy and they killed him for it.

There are quite a few reasons for this but i will only name a few.

1. His teachings would diminish their power and authority over the people.

2. His teachings would prove them to be what they really were, hypocrites.
Forcing them to look in the mirror and acknowledge their own shortcomings.

3. The people would believe Christ instead of their teachings.

4. Christ teachings would reveal the truth to the people, thereby educating them properly on scripture and not the pharisaical interpretation of it.

5. He was a threat to the political influence they had with Rome.

Are all church leaders this way? Of course not, but the true Church leaders are few and far between.

The majority of our churches today are nothing more than religious institutions, perpetrating as the Houses of God.

They have their denominational clique's, and if you don't believe what the denomination believes, then you are wrong and possibly going to Hell!!

They keep the people in bondage with scriptures that are often taken out of context.

Excellent wordsmiths who can make you feel good and get emotional about God, but can't cause a heart change to take place.

Spiritual superiority they use over their people, and anyone outside of the denomination. They feel as if they are better than most people.

They look at their works and use them to build their spiritual superiority over everyone.

I tithe off my gross faithfully.

I give a first fruit offering, my first month’s paycheck to the church. I'm on this ministry, and that ministry.

I study my word 4 hours a day, I fast and I pray.

I don’t drink, smoke or do drugs. Sound familiar? Read Luke 18:18-23.

So if you don’t go to "church", don’t pay a tithe, don’t have a shepherd, a covering, or a church home, then you are a vagabond, and the scum of the earth.

How dare you criticize and find fault with the Church? How dare you teach people that they shouldn't tithe?

How dare you talk about me laying hands on the people of God and promise them blessings from God?

How dare you talk about my $100 prayer line?

How dare you speak out against anything in the Church? You are a backslider, and I need to lay some hands on you!!

Jesus died for the Church, not that building you enter on Sunday mornings. We are the church, His people! Don't forget that.

He's not coming back for the Apostolic’s, or the Baptist, or the Pentecostals, or the AME's, or CME's or COGIC,

or Non-Denominations, or anyone of these names you give yourselves.

He's coming back for those that have called His name as Saviour and live according to His will!

Now that is Revolutionary!!!

So I challenge you man/woman of God, to take a step back and examine yourself to see if you have a religious spirit.

Only someone full of pride will refuse to examine themselves.

Are you full of religion and pride?

This revolution WILL be televised, Skyped, Facebooked, Myspaced, Youtubed, Godtubed, Emailed, Texted, U-streamed and the like.

If you don’t like what I had to say here, maybe you have that religious Pharisee spirit!! Think about it........

Yours Truly in Christ,

The Flaming Sword of the Revolution
