    Jay Bakker and Gay Marriage
Emergent "pastor" and self-proclaimed "outlaw preacher" biffs it on the sin of homosexuality.

If Jay Bakker truly loved his friends he'd tell them they are sinners and that Christ died on the cross to atone for the sins of homosexuals. Then call them to repentance and the forgiveness of sins in Jesus name. (Luke 24:46-47) Jesus Christ loves homosexuals so much that he died on the cross for their sins. (Rom. 5:6-10)

How utterly sad to say that being pro gay marriage is giving them Freedom?? nooo that is a lie.

To actually believe the lie that Jesus is "for" gay marriage? Jesus was a devout Jew. Jesus is God-- the same God who gave the Old Testament Scriptures the very God who is responsible for the Old Testament and condemned homosexuality.. where do they come up with Jesus being "on their side"? It's certainly not what Jesus said.

Jesus condemned homosexuality. He was responsible for those laws. Jesus said the whole Law was valid-Matthew 5:17-20. This will include the passages in Leviticus that condemn Homosexuality etc..so, Jesus agrees with the condemnation of homosexuality. Also, in Matthew chap. 19 Jesus specifically said what God intended on marriage. He said that God created male and female-2 sexes and one is made for the other--One flesh. This leaves no room for Jesus affirming same sex relationships whatsoever..Jesus was an observant Jew who endorsed the entire law.

God says in Isaiah 8:20 "To the law and to the Testimony if they speak NOT according to this law it is because there is NO LIGHT IN THEM". They are lost and they need Jesus.

Jesus is the true light that gives life to men. "Everyone who does evil hates the light and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the TRUTH comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God."

Jesus loves homosexuals but he hates the practice because it will utterly consume and destroy you and people around you. I pray they repent and receive TRUE FREEDOM FROM their sins and not go deeper into sin and darkness. This is the huge lie from Satan making it seem like a person will be free. But the truth is, deep down inside that torture remains in their hearts and their guilt holds them in a prison. Only Jesus can cut them iron bars away and release the prisoners. Jesus said He who sins is a SLAVE to sin but if the Son sets you free you will be FREE indeed!"

Jesus came to heal the brokenhearted and set the captives free....

Jay Bakker and the art of manipulation.
January 28, 2010 by The Pilgrim

So what do you do when you’re preaching to a church full of people and you want to persuade them to believe that a sin (that’s clearly defined in Scripture) isn’t really a sin?

Well, if you’re Jay Bakker, you first go for the shock of it all then follow it up with making the congregation feel stupid. If that doesn’t work, make them feel guilty. And if that still doesn’t work turn on the tears to manipulate their emotions.

And what do you do if none of this works? Make a short video of the incident, insert some sentimental music at just right spot, and upload it to YouTube.

Sexual sin is a culmination of several sins and homosexuality is a result. Jay is an apostate preacher,"You shall know them by there fruit". He is no Christian to condone such abominations.
