Default Lakewood Church of Houston is a member of the Willow Creek Assocation?

came across this and felt like mentioning it:

    http://www.willowcreek.com/wca_info/...te=TX&Country=

    has listed

    Lakewood Church of Houston Texas

    as a WCA church

(now, who is the pastor there?

think his name is Osteen or something, I forget right now :heh

(if you want evidence that the WCA member churches are bad, there it is.

The fact that Lakewood is a WCA member church should make you

think about how "good" the other WCA member churches are

First there's Dave Ramsey's connection to Willow Creek, and now Joel Osteen has connections too? What's next? Rick Warren and the Dalai Lama have connections there as well?

Yah - this is no coincidence - it's not like Osteen, Ramsey, and some guy at Willow Creek just happened to meet at a Cornhuskers football game one November, and ended up having a good laugh over a few beers.

    :iagree

Osteen and Ramsey are connected with Hybels is no coincidence IMO.

we know of Rob Bell 's connection and love for the dalai lama, we dont know if there is a connection between dalai and warren

(wouldnt be surprised if there is one)

I BTW only found out today about the Osteen connection to WCA.

I am wondering who else Bill Hybels group is really chummy with

besides Ramsey and Osteen and Rick Warren

    BTW:

I wonder of those WCA churches out there who have spoken out against Osteen

would like to explain Osteen's assocation with the willow creek assocation

Well - Warren IS a Council on Foreign Relations member, and also does alot of work for the UN, so I would think he has connections to the Dalai Lama as well.

Anyhow - yah, just connect the dots...all of these denominations that don't preach about Jesus Christ being the only way to salvation are all one and the same.
