“Forgiveness”

Jesus never disappoints us
Not as people will often do
We can trust Him absolutely
What His Word says is True

Evil’s darts are fiery and hot
The enemy’s attacks, endless
In Christ alone we will stand
In Him we are not defenseless

Anger’s fury poisons the soul
Leaves the heart hurt and bare
Forgiveness comes through Him
Healing in the power of prayer
