“All Strivings Ceased”

The saints are awaiting His imminent arrival
Their hearts and minds stirring in anticipation
For Jesus Christ, The Shepherd of their souls
For Jesus Christ, The Author of their salvation
He is their Foundation, Rock, and Cornerstone
He is their Safe Harbor; their Refuge of Peace
They run to Him; He takes them into His arms
Their worries are silenced; all strivings ceased

Psalms 46:10 (NASB)
Cease striving and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.

John 10:27-29 (NASB)
27 "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me;
28 and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand.
