"As We Wait"
“As We Wait”
We are living in the theater of the bizarre
Where right is wrong, and wrong is right
Where every conceivable evil is tolerated
Where darkness is loved rather than Light
Our affections are set upon an eternal course
In Jesus Christ alone, we have placed our faith
Time is propelling us toward His appearing
And we cling to Him more tightly as we wait
At The Father’s signal, His Son will come for us
And The Bridegroom will whisk His Bride away
She will be clad in the robe of His righteousness
Adorned in purest white for her Wedding Day
Titus 2:11-13 (NASB)
11 For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men,
12 instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age,
13 looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus
Being a writer defines who I am; it’s what I enjoy doing. What I write demonstrates my love for Jesus Christ, and thankfulness for the incomparable gift of His salvation.
