Christian schools lose in California, as Christian speech (Christian textbooks in schools) is now less protected than porn or commercial speech.

Christian schools lose appeal bid in UC case


What this court ruling means is that students won’t be accepted to UC as freshman because their science and lit and history courses aren’t considered academically valid.

Why? Because they are written from a Christian viewpoint.



In order for these courses to be valid, they would apparently have to present homo-erotic interpretation of literature, evolution and a secular humanist worldview. Welcome to the brave new world in America where Christian colleges and high schools are under attack.
