I'm parked here in the forum, and watching TV. I love to watch HGTVs House Hunters. I don't watch it wishing I could have this house or that one over there. I'm just nosy. I'm always amazed at the criteria of some of the people they have on the show. I mean some of them are just kids and they are looking at fabulous home and saying well this closet would be big enough for me but what about you? Whoa!!!

I'm at work. Work 4p to 3a M-F as a night traffic coordinator for a plastics manufacturer in the DFW area. After 6p, I'm alone in the office except for the cleaning crew. Friday nights are the worst because it is very slow at work and on RF.

Yeah, Fri nights are usually pretty quiet. If I could get in to chat from work, I'd be clamoring for a Fri Night Owl Chat. Oh well, I'll keep checking in tonight.

It's just after lunch for me. It is also Saturday. I did a half day book keeping for my brother yesterday and went to the shops with my mother. Today I am getting over my busy yesterday. I get easily tired out these days. I think all my get up and go pretty well went already.

Got to go for a bit of a walk in a while. Trying to start exercising again after being really bad for many months.

I'm Back again.

Yep, from Down Under. From not so Sunny Sydney. Boy have we had some fog and rain lately, you would think it was London. Today it can't make up it's mind wether to be sunny or cloudy. At least it hasn't been cold these past few days. Will get cold again, Winter isn't over yet.

I am ready for winter right now! We have entered the dog days of summer here, ya no, hot breathless and muggy. I hate being icky gooey.

Caligal, I'd have to agree with you 100%! So hot these days. One thing that makes summer so tough, as a truck driver, delivering groceries, we have to keep the inside of the trailers at a temp of 35 to 40 degrees. Well, work in that kind of temperature for awhile then turn around to get out of the trailer and hit that 95 or so hot, humid air and your body just revolts!! Don't get me wrong. I do love my job. HOWEVER, winter time is nice when you have to get INTO the trailer to WARM UP! Now, days like that are nice. Unfortunately, don't get too many days like that here in Louisiana.

It's Saturday morning, and hubby is channel surfing for his favorite cooking show . Sometimes we'll catch old episodes of "The Outer Limits" and just sit there and laugh at them . Then we'll be up and going various places today...

My favorite show on the food channel is Diners Drive ins and Dives. I also love the cook offs. Not the ones with the pros but the public.

Not into cooking shows you sit there and watch all that lovely food being prepared and all you get at the end of it is hungry.

Outerlimits? My hubby has the complete series he used to watch them as a boy. I agree they can be quite funny, especially some of the monsters. Mind you I prefer an old TV series like these rather than anything modern as they make them just too graphic, violent and dark these days.

Well it's Sunday for me and once again I just had lunch. Nothing planned today except to rest up as tomorrow I have a few places to go to. What an exciting life I lead.

Today I went and looked at my garden and cried. Then I used the remodified disk that I had modified a couple of years ago on the front yard. Now I am modifying my new 1978 garden tractor. Also fed lots of mosquitoes, not the British WWII wooden fighter bomber.

SURVIVING...................................I hope

Two doors up they have been pulling down the old houses and trees and today (SATURDAY) they are excavating the foundations. We have had backhoes and an excavator going all morning.

Still too sick to pack myself up and head off somewhere got all the windows and doors closed against the noise.

Just when you think it can't get any worse. The people next door are getting ready to celebrate their 2 years olds birthday. There is a jumping castle being inflated as I type this very post.

They will be a whole horde of under five years olds there soon.

If ever there was a time to be taken up in the Rapture now would be perfect.

Not sure how I am going to cope with all this noise.

I'm not angry at next door wanting to throw a birthday party. I just can't run away at the moment and I can't get away from the noise in any part of the house right now. Feeling lots of self-pity right now.
