Angry Angry and my boiling point has been reached!!

    :soap

Yesterday I was out front talking to my neighbors across the street. They asked me if my second car was for sale. I said yes and we walked over to look at it. It was parked outside my yard.

Well we walked up to it and I went to open the door, someone had cut the lock out of the door on the driver's side  :outrage , I guess attempting to either steal the car or open the gas cover (the lever is inside the car) to steal the gas. Well they must have been "stuck on stupid" :iagree because they could not open the door after they took the lock off. All they left was a hole the size of a half dollar and the handle.

Now I have to get the handle and lock replaced before I can sell the car.

Then I find out this happened to 2 other neighbor's cars.

The neighbor I was talking to, it happened to his daughter and he caught a man coming from the side of his daughter's house at 4am Monday morning, but did not call the police. And it happened to a single lady across the street and the house next to hers was broken into last week and lots of things were taken including clothes.

I went in my house and called the police. In the mean time my neighbor took my car down the block to my Aunt's house and parked it under her carport inside her gate.

Well here comes the policeman in a patrol car. I told him what was happening to me and 2 of my other neighbors and on the slip of paper he give me with the case number he wrote for offense "malicious mischief" I said what do you mean "malicious mischief" breaking locks is "breaking and entering". Spray paint, key scratching, breaking off a rear view mirror, and letting air out of tires is malicious mischief. This was attempted thief or breaking and entering.

Then he tells me the other people will have to call in and report theirs as he is only here on my call I told him you tell them that when they walked up to the patrol car. He then listed to their stories as to their locks being broken and the man across the street told him what the guy looked like coming out from the side of his daughter's house.

The patrolman acted like it was no big thing what is happening on my block.

An investigative reporter on one of the TV channels here did an expose on the police department here and proved that they are listing crimes for a lesser reason, even murder is being listed as "unknown", "natural causes" and whatever else they can come up with to lower the crime statistics for this dumb city. The reporter even approched the Police Chief on camera and got the run around verbally.

Not only does it make one feel violated when something like this happens, but dealing with police that lie and cover the truth makes me feel even more violated.

Thanks for letting me vent, I feel much better. AHHHHH!!!!

    MARANATHA!!

So longing to see Jesus :rapture

    Sorry sis. 2:2:2:2:
It's not fun when the people in charge do not do what is right. It's darn frustrating! All I can say is maybe all your neighbors and you can chip in for a security system and have a couple of cameras set up to catch whoever is doing it. Or, you can hide out a few nights a week and see if you can catch the lowlife in the act. I don't know, I don't want to suggest anything that would cause any of you to get hurt, but right now a little vigilante justice seems the right thing to do. God forgive me.

I hear ya....in the past, we've had our car window's broken, cracked, scratched on the sides, and our trailer broken into twice. Police never did catch who was doing it, but I believe it was a few teenagers in my area. It is very frustrating, but there is one thing you can do. A neighbor that lives next door to me installed strobe lights on his front and back porch. They are so sensitive and so bright that we haven't had an incident since. Granted, it's useless in daylight, but works like a charm at night!

    Ort,

Can you picture this grey-haired 68 year old grandma being a vigilante :hyst or out at 3 or 4 am hiding behind the bush waiting for the lowlife to appear.

What I would like to see is two of God's angels stationed at each end of my block.

I'll bet the villians would look like this :woah: and and be

:prayer that the Lord would put an angel at each end of my block and run off the bad guys. Amen

I'm so sorry you have had to go through this--nothing like theft to make you feel totally violated, and then to have indifferent cops on top of that is maddening.

Not in this vein, but please allow me to share this:

In 2002, we lived in apartments in Lakewood, Colorado. We had a flaming gay kid living behind us. One night, Casanova has all his little gay friends over for a huge party, makeout sessions in the parking lot, etc. The following Monday, my husband is out doing something in his truck and as the kid goes past him, my husband asked him to please refrain from parties like that again as this was a family complex.

The kid went OFF. I was standing next to my husband so I saw everything.

He is SCREAMING at my husband about being a gay-hater, threatening all sorts of things. About 45 minutes later, I left to go the store, I come back to find the Lakewood Police Department officers in our living room. Seems Casanova called the cops about a hate crime and discrimination against my husband! Not only were the cops called, but the resident lesbian cop was brought along to lecture him. My husband was charged with a misdemeanor disturbing the peace. He had to go to court and it was later expunged.

There is no such thing as justice, anywhere, anymore.
    Are we there yet?

    Mik 2:

So sorry that happened to your husband.

It is a sad day when we cannot place trust in those in authority whose jobs are to protect us, law abiding citizens.

I feel Blessed to be a Believer who knows what God says about the endtimes in His Word and I thank Him for giving me discernment to see what is happening in the world through His Word, but I find myself running to hide under His proteciton more and more nowdays :prayer

Thank you Jesus that I know You and belong to You AMEN

2: Sorry YOU had to experience this travesty! We can only hope for the soon return of our Lord and Savior because this sort of thing will, I believe, be rampant with no help in sight. It's going to get to a point where we become vigilantes to protect ourselves. I have said it before, I have NO problem whatsoever defending myself. I just sold my 9mm, we have a .45 and a 10mm and if you plan on coming into our house or stealing our personal property, be prepared to find yourself in a casket.

mikalikat, I am stunned actually that for one, your husband was called on, and two, that he actually got charged for that! Frankly, what he did is what I or my family would've done, whether the guy was gay or not. If you're living in a family complex, folks don't want to deal with parties going on all night, as they're trying to sleep for work and making sure their kids are sleeping too. I'm surprised the cops didn't get this. Just goes to show how much influence the gay industry is having these days....

Man's law, that at one time was based on God's commandments, is surely being twisted to foster a new way of looking at negative events. We are supposed to encourage and celebrate what we once knew was wrong????? Oy Vey!

And all men, not just police departments, have learned the truth can be burried under perceptions changed by manipulation. Give it a new name! Pretend it's normal! Deny your responsibility!
